Terms of use

These terms apply to tradeverseapp.com and every Trade Verse service, including the website, Telegram channels and any app (together "Trade Verse", "we"). By creating an account or using Trade Verse you agree to them.

1. Education only

Everything on Trade Verse, including signals, AI chart analysis, news, prompts, indicators, bots, courses and forum posts, is general educational information. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a personal opinion on what suits you. Trade Verse is not a broker, does not hold client money and does not execute trades. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade under the laws of your country.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Sharing paid accounts or reselling content is not allowed.

3. Plans

Free, Pro and VIP plans give access to the features listed on the plans page at the time you pay. A paid plan runs for 30 days from activation and does not renew automatically. We may improve, change or retire features; if a paid feature you bought is removed during your period we will extend or refund that period fairly.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, scams, impersonation, abuse or promotion of other paid services in the forum.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish paid content, signals or analysis.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or daily limits of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Third parties

Trade Verse links to brokers, TradingView, Telegram and news sources that we do not control. Partner links may earn us a commission. Check that any broker is licensed in your country before you open an account; bonuses and offers are set by the broker.

6. Accuracy and availability

Market data, AI output and news can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted. Always confirm prices and levels on your own trading platform.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Trade Verse is not liable for trading losses or for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: full name, username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider).
• Payments: the plan you chose, the USDT transaction ID (TxID) and the public blockchain details of that transfer. We never ask for card or bank details.
• Broker offers: the broker name and trading account number you send to claim a free month.
• Content you post: forum threads and replies.
• Chart AI: the chart image you upload is sent to Google Gemini to produce the analysis and is not stored by us; we keep the text result in your history.
• Visits: an anonymous random ID kept in your browser, the page visited and the referring website, to count visitors. No advertising cookies or trackers.

Why we use it

To run your account, activate paid plans, verify payments and broker claims, send account emails (confirmation, password reset), keep the service secure, and understand which pages are used. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who processes it

Supabase (database and login), Vercel (website hosting), Google (Gemini AI for chart analysis and news writing; Gmail for account emails), Twelve Data (market prices, no personal data), TronGrid (public blockchain lookups) and Telegram (only if you join our channels or link alerts). Some of these providers store data outside your country under their own safeguards. Inputs to the free Gemini tier may be reviewed by Google to improve its services, so do not upload screenshots that show personal account details.

How long we keep it

Account data while your account is open. Payment records as long as required for accounting. Visit logs for up to 12 months. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing tradeverse.team@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) or another data law applies to you, you have the rights it gives you.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), every database table has access rules so members only see their own data, and staff access is limited to administrators.

Risk disclosure

• Past results, including our published track record, do not guarantee future results. Our track record is measured in pips from published levels and does not include spreads, commissions, swaps or slippage.
• Signals and AI analysis are produced by rules and models that can be wrong. AI can misread a chart. Always check levels yourself.
• Prices can gap through stop losses, especially around news, weekends and low liquidity.
• Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. Size every position so that one loss stays small, and use a stop loss.
• If you are unsure, speak to a licensed financial adviser in your country.

Payments and refunds

• How to pay: USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only, to the address shown on the plans page. Payments on any other network or token cannot be recovered.
• Activation: your plan switches on automatically once the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within minutes, and lasts 30 days. There is no automatic renewal.
• Not activated within 48 hours? Email us with your TxID and we will activate the plan or refund the amount in full.
• Duplicate or wrong-amount payments are refunded or credited to your account.
• Change of mind: you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of activation if you have not used paid features (paid signals, chart analyses beyond the free limit, downloads). After that, payments for the current period are not refundable.
• Refunds are sent in USDT TRC20 to a wallet address you give us. Network fees are deducted.
• Free months from broker offers have no cash value.
